Celebrating the release of his first cookbook, Trejo’s Tacos: A Collection of Always Delicious, Sometimes Healthy Mexican (and Adjacent) Recipes (and Stories) from L.A.’s Baddest Good Guy, Trejo introduces an excellent lineup of tacos created by an all-star cast of tastemakers. Hang poolside at Loews Miami Beach while you sample more than a dozen tacos filled with succulent lechon, tender pollo, and carne. Drinks are provided by Tequila Cazadores cocktails, LOLEA Nº1 sangria, and wines from Ramón Bilbao. Thursday, February 20, 10 p.m. - 1 a.m.
